Ed Tompkins
Ed has worked as a financial advisor for over 25 years since serving as an Army officer. He is an asset management and retirement specialist working extensively with people planning for retirement and those already retired. He has taught investing and retirement planning for the Experimental College at the University of Washington from 1997 to 2003, as well as for the Washington State Department of Retirement Systems for state employees and most recently for Academic Technology & Outreach at MSU. He has spent seven years living abroad in Europe and Latin America and brings a global, historically informed perspective to this important topic.
