Moving from employee to leader is the TOUGHEST transition in your career. This learning program, based on the bestseller, The New One-Minute Manager, will utilize classroom learning, simulations, and activities. Each participant will receive a copy of the book. Additionally, a post-program online cohort group will be established to support you and reinforce your learning as you continue on your leadership journey. Two online group meetings will be scheduled: one in June and one in August.
You will gain and practice techniques that will enable you to:

- Motivate, direct and support your team members, so you can
- Get the best from your team, and
- Drive results for your organization.
- Feel confident and be a model for effective leadership.
Format: 1.5 days of interactive classroom learning, followed by two scheduled 60-minute online cohort sessions (held in June and August). Lunch included Wednesday.

At different times in her life, she has owned a working farm, a restaurant/bakery and an online bookstore all while working other full-time jobs. Kathy knows the demands of being a small business owner. She understands how daunting and all-consuming it is to run an organization.

She’s been lucky and she knows it: Kathy’s jobs took her around the world; working with people in Asia, Europe, Canada, Mexico and the U.S.A. As a consultant, she has worked with organizational leaders in retail, manufacturing, construction, healthcare, automotive, non-profit, governmental and service sectors.
Kathy is a lifelong learner. She is a Professional Leadership Coach, a Senior Professional in Human Resources and holds an MBA. When Kathy isn’t helping clients,you will find her reading.
