Are you looking to improve your research-based knowledge and skills in nutrition and culinary arts community outreach? After completing this course, Family and Consumer Science teachers, Extension Agents, and other professionals will be able to:
Find and explain research-based individual and family nutrition guidance.
Understand food science principles and practice culinary skills.
Explore and apply food and nutrition direct education best practices.
Weekly readings, videos, and assignments will require ~1-2 hours to complete.
Attendance is required at 4 synchronous virtual meetings 11:30-12:30pm on Monday Jan 31, Feb 14, Feb 28, March 14.

Brianna Routh
Brianna Routh is the Food and Family Extension Specialist with Montana State University Extension and an Assistant Professor in the MSU Department of Health and Human Development. She is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, and has a Master's in Public Health Nutrition and a Ph.D. in Human Development and Family Studies.
