For all Weatherization Professionals with safety responsibilities, this training covers the Introduction to OSHA, Fatal Four, PPE, Health Hazards in Construction, and an elective topic. The OSHA 10 course provides general exposure and awareness to unique safety and health hazards related to construction work. Specifically, this course provides training for workers with responsibilities for the recognition, avoidance, abatement, and prevention of safety and health hazards in workplaces in the construction industry.
The class is appropriate for anyone working directly in the construction industry or those in construction industry related administrative or supervisory roles. This course sufficiently covers OSHA outreach program requirements, resulting in a 10-Hour OSHA Construction certification card.
Montana Weatherization Network members may take this course, and any relevant exam(s), at no cost. Use the MT WAP Registration option to register with a $0 fee.
