Description
The U.S. Supreme Court wrapped up its 2023-24 term in July, deciding some important and controversial cases. Hear about some of the Court's more consequential decisions, including cases about online speech, racial gerrymandering, guns, access to mifepristone, and whether Donald Trump is qualified to appear on ballots and if he has immunity from prosecution. The precise cases to be discussed will depend upon what exactly the Court decides.
Program Takeaways
For each case discussed, understand what the Court decided, why it decided the case as it did, and the possible consequences of the decision.
