Description
This engaging and informative presentation includes avalanche information, images, videos and strategies to help you become more aware of the phenomenon. This talk is for people with no avalanche knowledge or those looking for an annual refresher; anyone who attends will walk away having learned something new.

Nina Marienthal
Nina Marienthal is the lead guide for Beartooth Powder Guides in Cooke City, Montana, and a lead instructor for the American Avalanche Institute. She worked as a heli-ski guide for three years in Alaska before transitioning to her current position. Nina worked for a winter as an intern at the Gallatin National Forest Avalanche Center, spent a season in South America backcountry guiding and at age 25 became an AMGA Certified Ski Guide.Date | Day | Time | Location |
