Description
As we age, our muscles, tendons, and joints change significantly. Many older adults aim to remain fit throughout their lifespan. But how can we maintain our strength and balance? Dr. Dawn Tarabochia will review what happens to muscles and tendons as we age and what we can do to slow the decline and build muscle mass and strength. She will also review what happens to our balance as we age and how to minimize our fall risk.
