As vaccinations increase and the sun starts to shine, the world is starting to look a little more welcoming. Despite these upsides, we still find ourselves living with pandemic-related stress and uncertainty. If you work in education or have school-aged kids or younger, it's probably an understatement to say that the past year has been challenging. This panel of mental health professionals will address some of the stressors that parents and teachers have been facing during the pandemic and will present tips and techniques for managing stress and mental health challenges.
