Every community has emergencies. Having a team of professionals trained and ready to respond helps mitigate the impacts and build resilience. Gallatin County Emergency Management's mission is to minimize loss of life, personal injury and damage to property and the environment from disasters, both natural and man-made. Learn about the GCEM all-hazard emergency management program and the four phases of emergency management - mitigation, preparedness, response, and recovery.
