Description

Senator JP Pomnichowski will discuss Montana's government, including its three branches, statewide and local elected offices, Montana elections and the Montana Legislature. She will explain policymaking and legislative action during the 69th session of the Montana Legislature, which convenes on January 6. The course will contain humor, personal stories, and a front-row-seat perspective on Montana politics and government.

JP Pomnichowski

JP Pomnichowski served two terms as a Montana State Senator, three terms in Montana's House of Representatives, and served in Senate leadership as Minority Whip. JP is a fifth-generation Montanan and has lived in Bozeman for 40 years. A graduate of Montana State University, JP has served on numerous city, county and neighborhood boards, environmental councils, the Montana Board of Labor Appeals and more. JP knows government, and you can, too!
