The Advanced Blower Door/Zonal Pressure Diagnostic Training course is designed to take intermediate to advanced level weatherization professionals that are currently using the Blower door to the next level. This course will start with an overview of basic building science concepts, zonal diagnostics and the house as system and then progress into more advanced zonal diagnostic measurements and calculations related to CFM reductions. This course is designed to help the weatherization professional understand more completely not only where to air seal , but when to air seal and when also to stop as it may not be cost effective to continue chasing those CFMs at this juncture.

Anthony Cox

Anthony Cox is the Building Science Manager and Lead Trainer at Community Housing Partners in Christiansburg, VA in the Energy Solutions division. He has over 35 years of experience in Weatherization. He has played a vital role in developing and delivering training programs for the weatherization and home performance industry both nationally and internationally. Anthony is the creator of the widely recognized House of Pressure and H.A.M. House training tools, which effectively demonstrate key building science concepts. He holds a degree in Business Management, along with Virginia licenses in Master HVAC and Residential Building Analysis. A certified professional through the Building Performance Institute, Anthony also serves on several national committees, helping to shape industry standards.
