Webinar will cover how to perform weatherization on small multifamily buildings. This session covers the process from A-Z, starting with an overview of selection and qualifying of the client/property, intake requirements, scheduling, communication with property managers, reporting and invoicing, a technical overview of the data collection process, and QCI requirements.
Webinar will be taught by instructors at Community Housing Partners in Christiansburg, VA.

Meghan McMillen
As CHP’s Director of Weatherization Programs and Services, Meghan McMillen, is responsible for the effective delivery of all weatherization programs. She oversees that delivery of multiple programs across the state of Virginia in accordance with regulatory, building code, and other requirements. Meghan also manages senior field staff; she provides counsel on job expectations, scheduling, and personnel development. Meghan is in charge of managing the financial and operational objectives for the weatherization department.
Meghan joined CHP in 2009 as an Administrative Operations Coordinator. She has been promoted within CHP several times and has been an Administrative Operations Manager and the Senior Manager of Weatherization Operations. In 2019, Meghan received the inaugural Person of the Year Award from the Association of Energy Conservation Professionals (AECP). She has several certification, including Building Performance Institute (BPI) Building Analyst Certification and American Red Cross certified – Adult, Infant and Child CPR/First Aid/AED Instructor.
Andrew Saffelle
Andrew Saffelle is a Senior Manager of Energy Auditing at Community Housing Partners (CHP) Energy Solutions, bringing over 13 years of specialized experience in weatherization and more than 15 years in the construction industry. His career has spanned roles including Weatherization Crew Technician, HVAC Crew Technician, Weatherization Foreman, and Energy Auditor, giving him a comprehensive understanding of energy efficiency from the ground up. Andrew is also a seasoned field mentor, having trained and supported weatherization teams across Virginia and other states. His leadership is grounded in hands-on expertise and a deep commitment to sustainable housing solutions.
