MSU Wonderlust offers a free Friday Forum featuring "Montana Shakespeare in the Parks."
Founded in 1973, Montana Shakespeare in the Parks is one of the oldest and best regarded Shakespeare companies in the United States, giving over two hundred performances a year in schools and communities in Montana, Wyoming, and Idaho.
Artistic Director Kevin Asselin and Susan Miller, Director of Outreach and Marketing, will give an overview of Shakespeare in the Parks-its upcoming season, how plays are selected, how actors are chosen, how Montana Shakespeare in the Parks is introducing Shakespeare to school kids all over our state-and why, 400 years after his death, Shakespeare's works are "not of an age, but for all time."
Friday Forum is a monthly speaker series sponsored by MSU Wonderlust. It is free and open to the public. Attendees are encouraged to bring a brown bag lunch.
