Good food does good at the Fork & Spoon Café, Montana's first and only pay-what-you-can restaurant. Fork & Spoon 'employs' community volunteers to serve homegrown, scratch-made cooking using locally sourced ingredients whenever possible. Fork & Spoon operates on the innovative yet increasingly popular pay-what-you-can model. Patrons may choose how much they want to contribute. Fork & Spoon's underlying mission is to ensure that everyone can have a great dinner and to provide the community an environment where they can get to know their neighbors. They believe that sharing a good meal with friends makes everyone's day better.
