Juggling builds hand-eye coordination in ways that improve reaction time, reflexes, spatial awareness, strategic thinking, and concentration. This helps to improve confidence, balance, and athletic ability. This workshop will introduce juggling through a series of progressions where everyone can develop at their own pace depending on their coordination and physical level. Participants will use juggling scarves and balls, flower sticks, spinning plates, and clubs.
