Tippet Rise - How it's Made

Please join us for a guided walking tour with staff members of the Tippet Rise Art Center. View and learn about the inner workings and artists who developed the larger-than-life installations in this world-renowned Fishtail, Montana art center. During the tour, participants will view site-specific works by Patrick Dougherty and Francis Kéré, a monumental sculpture by Alexander Calder, and several architectural sites, including the Tiara Acoustic Shell, an outdoor concert venue with views of the rolling hills and the Beartooth-Absaroka Mountains. Attendees are also welcome to explore the Tippet Rise landscape by hiking trails that wind across the ranch to other site-specific outdoor sculptures.
Open only to members of OLLI at MSU or the MSU Retiree Association. Registration is required.
