Description
Venture out to Dry Hills Distillery to learn about their farm-to-bottle process. Dry Hills Distillery is a family-owned and operated company that uses seed potatoes and select grains from their family farm to make handcrafted spirits, including potato-based vodka, gin and flavored vodka. They also produce several whiskey types, including bourbon, rye, and wheat whiskey, and co-produce for other brands. The tour will showcase milling, mashing, fermentation, distillation, the barrel warehouse and bottling of final products. Try some samples in the tasting room.
Space is limited to 50 people.
This program involves walking on varied terrain and/or stairs.

Erica Droge
Erica Droge is an owner and a managing member of Dry Hills Distillery. She was born and raised in Bozeman and earned a B.A. from the University of Montana. In 2014, Erica and her husband, Jeff, attended a course called Moonshine University in Louisville, Kentucky. In March of 2016, Jeff and Erica, with their families, opened Dry Hills Distillery. Dry Hills Distillery is family-owned and operated from the farm to the distillery by fifth-generation Montana farmers. Today, it remains Montana's largest farm-to-bottle distillery operation.
