Description
Learn a new way to express your (hidden) creativity, expand your imagination and improve your focus. We will explore the "Zentangle Method," an easy-to-learn, relaxing and fun way to create miniature pieces of non-representational art. Certified Zentangle instructor Ellen Sagmyr will demonstrate the foundational patterns of this art form. There are no mistakes in the Zentangle Method, only opportunities. You do not need any previous drawing experience. The only requirement is your participation and curiosity. Participants will leave with a completed piece of art and a Zentangle starter kit for future endeavors.

Ellen Sagmyr is an experiential educator and facilitator who works with individuals and groups, supporting their ability to explore and develop their leadership skills, maximize their potential and do their best work. She brings this experience, her M.A. in organizational leadership and her integral coach training to her teaching. She is currently an instructor at MSU and offers coaching and facilitation services through her business, Koru Integral.
