This two-day course will involve a full day in the field demonstrating the process to effectively collect data on small multifamily buildings. Software like CompanyCam and PolyCam will be demonstrated to expedite the data collection process. Time will be given to discuss the overall process, multifamily vs single family differences, deferral issues, data collection, diagnostic testing needs, and synthesizing the data collected for effective work scopes.
