Executive Presence for Mid-Career Professionals is a practical and immediately applicable workshop for those with 10 or more years of experience who need to communicate with greater clarity, credibility, and influence.
What You'll Learn:
This course is not an introductory course on leadership or presentation basics. Rather, it focuses on moments that most often determine how leaders are perceived by executives and senior stakeholders:
- Delivering concise updates,
- Making recommendations using a Bottom-Line-Up-Front structure,
- Speaking with brevity and authority under pressure,
- Handling questions and pushback,
- Leading meetings that produce real decisions, and
- Writing short, action-oriented executive messages.
How You'll Learn It:
You'll work with your own real workplace situations (updates, emails, and meeting scenarios, etc.) and practice using structured tools, templates, and coached simulations. The emphasis is on developing repeatable communication systems that help you stay composed, credible, and clear when time is limited, information is incomplete, and stakes are high.
Who Should Attend:
This course is ideal for mid-career professionals, including: individual contributors, project and program leads, managers, cross-functional professionals, or anyone who regularly briefs leaders, influences decisions without formal authority, and/or facilitates meetings with senior stakeholders.
