This interactive workshop covers core project management principles, leadership roles, and practical techniques.   • Prepare effectively for the CAPM® exam with proven study techniques.

Ideal Candidates

While there are no prerequisites for the course, candidates should have at least a high school diploma or GED/HiSET. Upper-level undergraduate and graduate students, as well as professionals who have <5 years of project management experience are ideal candidates.

Content

Project Management Fundamentals and Core Concepts, Predictive, Plan-Based Methodologies, Agile Frameworks, and Business Analysis Frameworks. Meets the requirement for 23 hours project management education for CAPM® certification.
