Managing projects is a critical skill for professionals at all levels. Effective project management drives organizational success by delivering meaningful change. This interactive workshop covers core project management principles, leadership roles, and practical techniques. You will learn predictive (plan-based) methodologies, Agile frameworks, and business analysis approaches to successfully lead projects in today’s dynamic business environment.

Ideal Candidates

While there are no prerequisites for the course, candidates should have at least a high school diploma or GED/HiSET. Upper-level undergraduate and graduate students, as well as professionals who have <5 years of project management experience are ideal candidates.

Content

Project Management Fundamentals and Core Concepts, Predictive, Plan-Based Methodologies, Agile Frameworks, and Business Analysis Frameworks. Meets the requirement for 23 hours project management education for CAPM® certification.
