Project Management Essentials & CAPM® Prep Workshop

Ideal Candidates

While there are no prerequisites for the course, candidates should have at least a high school diploma or GED/HiSET. Upper-level undergraduate and graduate students, as well as professionals who have <5 years of project management experience are ideal candidates.

Content

Project Management Fundamentals and Core Concepts, Predictive, Plan-Based Methodologies, Agile Frameworks, and Business Analysis Frameworks. Meets the requirement for 23 hours project management education for CAPM® certification.

Instructor

Karen Dove, PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, MA, BA, brings over 20 years of experience in project leadership and training across diverse sectors. She specializes in practical, results-driven approaches that empower professionals to deliver projects on time, on budget, and with measurable impact.
